Delete your account

Use the Kronop app's Profile Menu to permanently delete your account. Confirm the displayed user ID carefully before approving the final deletion.

Open the Delete Account screen

Start account deletion from your profile in the Kronop app:

  • Open your Profile.
  • Open the Profile Menu.
  • Go to the Delete Account option at the bottom of the menu.
  • Select Delete Account to open the Delete Account screen.
  • Review the user ID shown on the screen for confirmation.

Confirm permanent deletion

Check that the displayed user ID belongs to the account you intend to delete. Approve the deletion in the confirmation popup only after checking it. Once confirmed, the account is permanently deleted, its data is permanently removed, and the account cannot be recovered.
