Marketplace Guidelines
Safety and conduct expectations for peer-to-peer listings.
These guidelines cover safety and conduct expectations for peer-to-peer listings.
Listings and transactions
Marketplace surfaces let people view and publish listings. The inspected source does not establish a complete payment, escrow, delivery, buyer-protection, or dispute-resolution service. A listing must not imply that Kronop guarantees an item, seller, payment, or transaction unless a separate approved product term explicitly says so.
- Describe the item, condition, price, and material restrictions accurately.
- Do not list stolen, counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited goods.
- Do not use listings to solicit passwords, verification codes, financial credentials, or off-platform payment under false pretenses.
- Report suspected fraud and stop contact if a transaction feels unsafe.
What you can do
- Describe items and terms honestly.
- Do not list prohibited, dangerous, or counterfeit goods.
- Keep payments and personal information secure.
