Child Safety

Protecting children from exploitation, grooming, and harmful content.

This guide covers protecting children from exploitation, grooming, and harmful content and identifies practical ways to protect people and get help.

Protect children from exploitation

Never use Kronop to create, request, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or other exploitation of a minor. Do not download, forward, repost, or otherwise circulate suspected material.

  • Report suspected child exploitation through the available safety route.
  • Do not contact or confront a suspected offender if doing so could increase risk.
  • Contact local emergency or child-protection authorities when a child may be in immediate danger.

Respond to a child-safety concern

Report the relevant account or content through an in-app reporting option when available. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority. Do not wait for an in-app report to be reviewed.

What you can do

  • Never request, create, or share sexual content involving a minor.
  • Report suspected child exploitation immediately.
  • Do not download, forward, or redistribute harmful material.
